TWO voices and TWO instruments drawing on a myriad of influences – Singer/songrwriter & guitar thumper Brooke Taylor brings her world class singing with a rock alter country essence whilst multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter and producer Delsinki portrays his uniquely familiar voice and his musical genious. Together, we can expect a wealth of experience as they re-launch THE EMBER LOUNGE at MEMO in their exciting new collaboration going under the moniker ‘The Deserters’.

There’s a bunch of new songs, some choice new covers, all presented with the same down home charm and urbane wit they have become respectively known for. ‘The Deserters’ promises to be an exciting new chapter in the career of this pair of much loved and hardworking Melbourne players.
